Sheared Steel Fiber
Product introduction

Sheared steel fibers are made from cold-rolled strip steel through shearing and indentation processes. The product has the characteristics of high tensile strength, easy dispersion, and good bonding performance with concrete.
Technical specifications
Implement the standard YB/T 151-2017 for steel fibers used in concrete
| Specification and model | Length | Diameter | Aspect ratio | Tensile strength | Bending performance |
| Sheared corrugated type | 32-38mm | 0.7±0.2mm | 30-40 | ≥400Mpa | ≥3 |
| Sheared multi-point type | 32-38mm | 0.7±0.2mm | 30-40 | ≥600Mpa | ≥3 |
Construction suggestions
• General crack control (C25–C35, slabs, walls, ordinary floors): Fluted fibers 20–35 kg/m³; shear fibers 25–35 kg/m³; focused on basic crack resistance and workability.
• Heavy-duty floors / pavements (C30–C40, factories, logistics warehouses, municipal roads): Fluted fibers 30–50 kg/m³; shear fibers 35–50 kg/m³; enhances wear resistance and impact performance.
• Bridge pavements / box girders (C40–C50+): Fluted fibers 40–60 kg/m³; shear fibers 45–65 kg/m³; improves shear resistance and durability. High-strength elements can use fluted fibers 60–80 kg/m³ and shear fibers 55–75 kg/m³.
