PCE Production Equipment

We design equipment according to customer requirements. Starting from raw stainless steel plates in our workshop, we adopt laser cutting and multi-axis high-pressure plate rolling machines, capable of processing steel plates up to 20 mm thick.

The fabricated stainless steel plates are welded in one pass by automatic welding equipment, with welds available for flaw detection. After welding, we perform brushing and polishing to remove the oxide layer on stainless steel. Automatic assembly and testing follow, with standard control programs available. Customized control programs can also be developed for individual clients.
