Polypropylene Bundled Hinged Fiber
Product introduction

Polypropylene bundled hinged fibers, also known as polypropylene threaded fibers, are made from polypropylene as the raw material and processed through special parallel drawing and twisted forming processes and surface treatment. It has the advantages of high fracture strength, good dispersibility in concrete, and strong gripping force, and is used for enhancing the crack resistance of cement concrete.

Application area
1. Bridge engineering: Used in box girder and bridge deck concrete to improve crack resistance, fatigue resistance, and impact performance.
2. Industrial flooring: Incorporated into workshop and warehouse floor concrete to enhance wear resistance, heavy-load capacity, and shrinkage crack control.
3. Ports and docks: Added to quay yard and approach bridge concrete to improve chloride ion resistance and scour resistance.
4. Rail transit: Suitable for metro segmental linings and track bed concrete to ensure durability and impermeability.
5. Mining engineering: Used in shotcrete for mine tunnels to reduce rebound and enhance surrounding rock support stability.
6. Precast culverts: Added to reinforced concrete pipes and culverts to improve crack resistance, impermeability, and resistance to external pressure.
Construction suggestions
• Ordinary / pumped concrete (C30–C50): Dosage 0.9–1.2 kg/m³; used in slabs, walls, and beams/columns to control plastic shrinkage and drying shrinkage cracks.
• Shotcrete (tunnel initial support / foundation pit): Dosage 1.2–1.8 kg/m³; reduces rebound, enhances impact resistance and impermeability, suitable for tunnels and slope support.
• High-strength / precast concrete (C60+): Dosage 1.0–1.5 kg/m³; improves crack resistance and toughness, suitable for segments, utility poles, and precast slabs.
