Florey Intelligent Equipment Company’s factory uses fully automatic welding for high precision and laser cutting for superior workmanship. Our electrical engineers focus on concrete water reducer production technology and can program industrial automation systems for complex working conditions.
We undertake the design, fabrication, installation and automatic control of large-scale concrete water reducer production lines with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons. We also supply compact automated synthesis equipment for polycarboxylate plasticizers, producing 30 tons of 50% solid content PCE per day.
Our compounding lines are developed with full consideration of customer pain points combined with our own production experience, giving us an edge over other manufacturers. Our PCE Manufacturer can meet the performance requirements of different types of superplasticizer mother liquor, with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of functional monomers, 50,000 tons of polycarboxylate superplasticizers, 200,000 tons of aliphatic superplasticizers. Fully automatic computer control, ISO standardized management. The water reducing agent produced by the company can produce about 30 million cubic meters of concrete every year. There are nearly 500 concrete admixture manufactures in China that have technical cooperation with our company, because our R&D capabilities are fast, problem-solving capabilities are strong, and product quality is stable.
Equipment
We design equipment according to customer requirements. Starting from raw stainless steel plates in our workshop, we adopt laser cutting and multi-axis high-pressure plate rolling machines, capable of processing steel plates up to 20 mm thick. The fabricated stainless steel plates are welded in one pass by automatic welding equipment, with welds available for flaw detection. After welding, we perform brushing and polishing to remove the oxide layer on stainless steel. Automatic assembly and testing follow, with standard control programs available. Customized control programs can also be developed for individual clients. Lead time for small-scale equipment is 1–2 weeks, while large production lines take 1–2 months. R&D center
The company's R&D center is located in the Science and Technology Park of Luoyang University of Science and Technology. The R&D is jointly guided by the professional leaders of the polymer majors and the cement & concrete majors of the Material Institute. There are 12 R&D personnel, including 5 doctors and 4 masters. In various problems of concrete, Development of different types of chemical admixtures for improving the properties of concrete. The products can meet various performance requirements of concrete construction and pouring at temperatures of 50 degrees Celsius and -25 degrees Celsius.
