Features & Applications
1.This product is specially developed in response to demands from numerous customers. It is a low‑cost compounding material for abnormal concrete performance such as bleeding and slurry‑leaching, which cannot be improved simply by reducing the dosage of PCE mother liquor.
2.Comparative tests against commercially available similar products show its performance is equivalent to market‑grade 8K products, while its application cost is reduced by more than half. It also demonstrates outstanding cost‑performance advantages versus Bafu‑4‑20 products. There is no risk of excessive cost increase during trial supply.
3.No sediment or gelatinous substance will form upon long‑term use after compounding with other admixtures. It can be compounded with polycarboxylate, amino sulfonate, aliphatic, melamine, lignosulfonate and other water‑reducing agents.
4.It has minor impact on concrete bulk density and strength after compounding. Dosage shall be determined via laboratory tests when applied in admixture formulations.
5.When compounded, it barely affects the initial water‑reducing rate of concrete, unless the concrete discharge opening is extremely small and material loss is severe. Its core functions are water retention and water‑reduction, as well as mitigating concrete bleeding and segregation. Its effect on concrete slump‑retaining is relatively limited. Storage Conditions & Precautions
1.Store at 0‑40 °C, avoid direct sunlight. Shelf life: 3 months. Material beyond shelf‑life may only be used after passing qualification tests.
2.If frozen under low‑temperature conditions, fully thaw and agitate thoroughly inside the container before use for optimal performance.
3.In case of skin contact during handling, rinse with plenty of water. If it gets into eyes, mouth or nose, rinse immediately and seek medical advice.
