    Viscosity Reduction Water Retaining Admixture.Good viscosity reduction effect.Effectively reduce the surface tension, thus contributing to the wetting of the cement paste.

    1688 can produce synergistic effect with polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer, further stimulate the water-reducing dispersion of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer on the admixture, reduce the concrete viscosity, and reduce the solid content or dosage of superplasticizer to a certain extent.

    Admixtures that can reduce water loss in concrete or mortar are called water retaining admixture.

    Characteristics and uses

    1. In recent years, with the change in raw materials, the concrete industry often encountered various kinds of concrete viscosity, slow flow rate, and other workability that can not meet the construction situation. The 1688 concrete viscosity-reducing agent is made into a material that can be mixed in the admixture to improve the viscosity of concrete.

    2. Application scenarios of this product:

    (1) The situation that the concrete with low grade and high sand rate is relatively viscous, and poor fluidity, the collapse empty-empty-time is long and the increase of water-reducing agent content does not work;

    (2) The high grade and low water adhesive ratio of concrete has a large viscosity, and the concrete feels hard after coming out of the machine to increase the amount of water-reducing agent has no obvious effect;

    (3) In the concrete mixing station, the work of concrete viscosity reduction is handed over to the supplier of water water-reducing agent to solve the situation of not trying to improve the overall concrete material viscosity reduction;

    (4) In the concrete mixing station, due to various factors, it is true that various materials cannot be changed, and the work of concrete viscosity reduction can only be handed over to the water-reducing agent supplier to improve the situation by adjusting the formula of the water-reducing agent;

    Recommended usage and dosage (Take 2.0% admixture as an example)

    1. The concrete is initially opened, but the flow rate of the concrete is still slow, each ton of superplasticizer is directly used 20kg mixed in the superplasticizer, the amount of mother liquor is not reduced at the beginning of the test, if the effect is obvious in the first test, the amount can be reduced, if the effect of 20kg per ton of superplasticizer is not obvious, the amount can be increased to 30kg, while reducing the 10kg of mother liquor. However, the general recommended dosage is 10-20 kg per ton of water reducer.

    2. More admixture technicians are used to adding water and water-reducing agents on the mixer when doing concrete trial mixing, such as the use of this viscosity-reducing product, it is recommended that when doing concrete trial mixing, the configured water-reducing agent is added to the water at one time and then directly into the mixer, and then directly open the mixer to mix the coagulant, rather than adding water while mixing.

    3. The above addition method only refers to the test stage, and there is no need to change various parameters related to the mixing feeding sequence during the production process.
