Concrete early strength agent(Concrete hardening accelerating/ Concrete hardener agent) refers to the additive that can accelerate the early strength development of concrete or mortar without reducing the later strength and durability. This product does not contain harmful materials that will reduce the later strength and damage the internal structure of concrete, nor will it sharply shorten the setting time of concrete.
Product characteristics
It is onsists of various kinds of compounds.
It does not contain chloride ion and has no corrosion effect on steel bar.
It is suitable for construction under low temperature in early winter and early spring.
It can be compatible with cement, fly ash, slag, steel slag, stone powder, sand, and other industrial waste well.
When used in steam curing concrete precast members, the steam curing time can be reduced by 20 ~ 25%, thus reducing energy consumption and improving work efficiency.
Shorten the concrete curing period 1/2 ~ 3/4, speed up the construction speed, speed up the formwork turnover, save money.
Application
- Used for construction projects in winter construction and concrete projects with early strength requirements under average temperature and low-temperature conditions.
