Polycarboxylate superplasticizer Abstract
This paper studied the effect of the compounded acid with self-made polycarboxylic acid and various other aids on the workable,strength and initial slump of the concrete,fluidity of cement mortar.The results showed that,concrete can be significant retarded and auxiliary plasticized with the additives of retarding agent.Defoaming agent can change air content of concrete and improved concrete strength greatly.

Novel polycarboxylic acid series cement grinding aid has been prepared by the copolymerization. The result showed that polycarboxylic acid series cement grinding aid has a better effect to the grinding and strength than blank sample,triethanolamine and other cement grinding aid.
The utility model provides a device for synthesizing polycarboxylate superplasticizer powder at room temperature. The device comprises a first dripping tank, a first peristaltic pump, a second dripping tank, a second peristaltic pump, a third dripping tank, a third peristaltic pump, a reaction kettle, a centrifugal sprayer, an air heater, a drying oven and a collector, wherein the first dripping tank is connected with the reaction kettle, and the first peristaltic pump is arranged on a connecting pipeline of the first dripping tank and the reaction kettle; the second dripping tank is connected with the reaction kettle, and the second peristaltic pump is arranged on a connecting pipeline of the second dripping tank and the reaction kettle; the third dripping tank is connected with the reaction kettle, and the third peristaltic pump is arranged on a connecting pipeline of the third dripping tank and the reaction kettle; the reaction kettle is connected with the centrifugal sprayer, and a discharge pipeline is arranged on a connecting pipeline of the reaction kettle and the centrifugal sprayer; the centrifugal sprayer is connected with the drying oven which is connected with the air heater; and the bottom of the drying oven is connected with the collector. With adoption of the device, heating is not required, the production operation is simple, the reaction time is short, the product performance is stable, and each kettle is a qualified product.
