Polycarboxylate superplasticizer Abstract

This paper studied the effect of the compounded acid with self-made polycarboxylic acid and various other aids on the workable,strength and initial slump of the concrete,fluidity of cement mortar.The results showed that,concrete can be significant retarded and auxiliary plasticized with the additives of retarding agent.Defoaming agent can change air content of concrete and improved concrete strength greatly.

The utility model provides a device for synthesizing polycarboxylate superplasticizer powder at room temperature. With adoption of the device, heating is not required, the production operation is simple, the reaction time is short, the product performance is stable, and each kettle is a qualified product.
